It is completely fine to have to wait for it to arrive but I sat on the train for 5 whole minutes before the 5 man just came and killed me. In my raid i didn't get hole in the fence as an option, and I don't have climbing gear or millions of roubles just lying around. If you try to take the train, you get stomped by a 5 man, if you try hermetic door, you have to go half way across the map to activate it. don't require special gear are taking the train or activating hermetic door.
